Thomas Pentzek is an Architect, who is working at Novalis Trust, creating homes for young people and adults which are designed to support the work of clinical and youth support staff.

In 2011 he, and a group of his project team built, with support of Novalis Trust, and the Muunde community, a Community Library in rural Zimbabwe.

Supported by the Muunde primary school, this library has since been the catalyst for a community wide engagement in learning, including numeracy and literacy lessens for adults in the community

In 2012 he founded the Muunde Fund, a charity which supports orphan children and their families in the communities. The support of this charity has enabled all orphan children in the community to attend the local primary-, as well as secondary schools nation-wide.

Thomas's years of experience and knowledge of working in Zimbabwe make him a great asset to Trees of Hope
